Ukraine Restoration Alliance (URA) is a data and intelligence agency that provides insights to support investment-making processes with a focus on Ukraine. We act as an intelligence arm of Ukraine Breakthrough Investments, a project aimed at bringing Western capital to Ukraine, backed by a global multi-billion-dollar asset management firm with offices in New York and London.
